Woohoo! Today is my birthday—my 74th solar return. For me, birthdays are an invitation to celebrate, pause, reflect, give thanks, and honor the journey.

As I welcome another year of life, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. Gratitude for my very existence - my Soul. Gratitude for my beloved parents, ancestors, family, friends, DeAlmas (You) and Spiritual communities and all the people who have loved me, inspired me, and walked beside me. And definitely Gratitude for every experience—joyful and challenging—that has helped shape thewoman I continue to become.

My birthday mantra (hashtag) this year is simple: #NOREGRETS

As I reflect on this past year, here's what My Heart Knows Today.....

• Embrace the freedom to choose what aligns with your heart, your values, and your joy.

• Honor your emotional intelligence.

• Trust your intuition every day.

• Do what brings meaning to your life.

• Be intentional with your time—and with whom and how you choose to spend it. Ask yourself, "What nourishes your soul?"

• Commit to growing by choice rather than through crisis.

• Spend time in nature (especially water)

• Rest deeply.

• Be fully present.

• Forgive yourself and others.

• Don't carry what doesn't belong to you—other people's issues are theirs to navigate, not yours to carry.

• Trust that you already have everything you need within you.

• Be of service. 

• Be courageously vulnerable.

• Love generously.

• Create authentically. 

• Live Joyfully.

• Walk in Beauty
