Spanish for "of the soul," DeAlmas offers an alternative environment where we can connect, inspire, share, celebrate the feminine spirit and build bridges amongst all women! The DeAlmas mission is to promote the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual transformation of women through individual and group activities designed to strengthen and build capacity for healing and self-actualization. In fostering feminine empowerment, DeAlmas impacts broader communities to help create a more humane, compassionate and just world.
